WBT/CBT is an outstanding tool for acquiring knowledge and developing new skills. With traditional classroom training (such as in an instructor-led classroom), the pace of learning is set by the slowest learner in the class. However, with WBT/CBT all learners can advance through the material at their own pace.

Well-designed C/WBT includes:

  • visuals (videos, captions and images),
  • audio, and
  • action (interactive)

It allows the learners to skip over material already known or mastered or repeat levels until mastery is achieved.

Good instructional design provides a strong framework for organizing concepts, sound, video, testing, and correction in developing effective presentations and WBT/CBT programs.

DM Multimedia can provide training through a CD, a local server (Intranet), or the Internet (web-based training or on-line learning.)
